I highly recommend Susan Seacrist to assist you with a divorce. I had a highly contested divorce involving generational family farm ground and assets. The potential of losing land that my Great Grandparents homesteaded was looking imminent and the soon to be ex-spouse had an aggressive lawyer that was attempting to intimidate me through email with threats of further financial ruin.
Susan addressed the unethical lawyer and used legal procedures to calm the issue down and start the divorce progression properly. She worked with our family trust lawyer and my CPA to get an idea of what assets were at stake and valuation of assets.
Susan’s correspondence and negotiations with the opposition’s lawyer resulted in settling out of court and best-case scenario for me. Things could have been so much worse for me but thanks to Susan’s expertise, voice of reason and ability to work with the opposition’s lawyer the result was much better for me that what I could hope for.
Divorce is never cheap, but it can always be worse. I recommend Susan Seacrist for any divorce issues you may face.
